We thoroughly inspect your rugs for any apparent special conditions and then ask if you would like to give us the authorization for any repair or restoration. We will then get written authorization for the work and the rug will be tagged, photographed, invoiced and cleaned accordingly. We also use a dye block process to prevent any and all colors from bleeding to other parts of the rug or into the fringe. Then, we will pre-treat the fringes with a cleaning solution which only remains on the fringe for five (5) minutes. The final step for this process is to detail the fringe. This step is applied so that the fringe returns back to its original color. (i.e. White, Beige, Tea Dye, Off-White).
